Everytime an individual interacts with another individual they get to learn something new or get a new perception about things. Well….this is no different at worldmeetskenya, everytime we have a volunteer with us we give them an opportunity to play with the children, learn from the children and also teach the children new games and activities. This is simply the greatest form of diversity as they also get to learn from the children. Children are usually so excited to play with the volunteers as they feel the love that comes with the will to spend time with them.

We encourage active interaction between the children and the volunteers as this even creates a greater relationship amongst them. We encourage every volunteer to come up with new ideas, games and even activities for the children because the children are always willing to learn something new as they also get a chance to show what they’ve got. It’s the simple things that put a smile on a child’s face…bursting that play bubble, colouring, painting, board games among many others.
